Building on the collaboration between Prof. Dr. Claudia Peus (TUM Munich) and the initiative, a new management and leadership curriculum is being developed that places the human being at its core.<\/p>

It focuses on the leaders of the future \u2014 individuals who are not only efficient and performance-oriented but also:<\/p>

  • psychologically more mature<\/li>
  • clearer in their humanity<\/li>
  • more capable of building community<\/li>
  • more internally grounded<\/li>
